Efficient Power Tech conducted a site survey of one of the largest industrial distribution centers in Sugar Land, TX and provided our client with an assessment of their current equipment's energy consumption and maintenance costs.
Our team then designed an energy management strategy, which recommended an LED lighting upgrade, to reduce their energy spend, limit maintenance costs and provide better lighting quality.
Our team of professional electricians did a great job bringing the entire project to life. They installed the recommended LED lighting upgrades and ensured that every fixture was up and working properly - ahead of schedule and under budget.
The many truck drivers that come in-and-out daily are much happier now, as they are able to see clearly while backing their trailers up to the loading docks.
